We’re so excited to be recruiting our very first member of staff!

We’re looking for someone with a wide range of skills and a real passion for supporting families.

Our new Project Lead will have experience working with families facing poverty and alongside professionals. They’ll be comfortable listening to stories of hardship while helping thousands of local families access essential baby items with kindness, dignity and compassion.

This isn’t just a desk based role. One day you might be meeting with professionals or supporting volunteers, and the next you’ll be in our warehouse getting stuck in; cleaning pushchairs, sorting donations, and safety checking cots to make sure everything is ready for the families who need it.

The successful candidate will recruit, train and support our volunteers, helping to build a fantastic team and ensuring families receive the help they need as quickly as possible.
