To request help from Baby Godiva, please complete our online referral form. The same form can be used whether you are applying for yourself or making a referral as a professional.
Once we receive your referral, one of our trained volunteers will contact the person requesting support by telephone to talk through their circumstances, understand what is needed, and explain how Baby Godiva may be able to help.
If you are requesting help for yourself, please note that our volunteer assessment calls are usually made once a week. If support is agreed, deliveries or collections are normally arranged on weekdays 10-2pm
If you are a professional requesting support for someone you are working with, you will be able to choose a collection date and time that is convenient for you.
Please note that Baby Godiva is not an emergency service. If you need urgent assistance, we encourage you to contact a professional already supporting you, such as a social worker, health visitor, midwife or your local Family Hub. Alternatively, you can contact the Children’s Services Duty Team on 024 7683 2222.
While we will always do our best to help, submitting a referral does not guarantee that we will be able to provide every item requested. Support is dependent on availability, eligibility and current stock.
