Self-Referral

Our Self Referral service is conducted by phone call assessment to the phone number provided in the self-referral form linked below. Our volunteer will call to chat through circumstances and detail how we may be able to help.

Calls are made once a week, usually on a Tuesday, and items provided via delivery on Thursday.

We regret we cannot provide emergency assistance, and encourage anyone in these circumstances to contact a welfare professional such as a social worker, health visitor or local family hub to arrange help. Alternatively, you can contact the Children’s Services Duty Team on 0247 683 2222.
